Training continues for my possibly ill-conceived mud-related adventure in December. Biking, running, and swimming have been my main pursuits lately. Probably need to start focusing more on upper body conditioning given that a lot of the obstacles will require a level of upper body strength that I probably do not currently possess.
This might not be the most helpful training thought but I find that somewhere in the back of my mind lurks an element of fear around my preparation for this thing in December. I really don’t want my partner in crime to have to carry me across the finish line.
